In 2013 I began my journey in caring for others and became a Certified Nursing Assistant working in a hospital setting. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Viterbo University. Since graduating I have worked for Mayo Clinic Health System as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a Medical/Surgical unit, Ortho Trauma/Neurosurgery unit, and have travel nursed abroad in the Middle East as well as in the United States. In 2021 I became certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), trained in Functional Blood Chemistry (MBCE), and trained in Muscle Testing by CellCore. In 2023 I became a certified Ahai Energy Healer. 

I completed the MBCE course where my brilliant mentor Emily Morrow shared her method of reading blood work that she discovered after working along side numerous naturopathic doctors and practitioners.

Within this course I learned specific patterns, ranges, and symptoms that reveal imbalances in the body that conventional medicine may not be recognizing due to the very wide “normal” ranges for blood work. Functional Blood Chemistry's optimal ranges are much smaller, which helps reveal red flags occurring within the body. 

Yes! Once I have onboarded you as a client you will get your labs drawn at the nearest Labcorp. I will send you your requisition form, which you will take to your appointment to verify proof of payment and what labs they will be drawing. Labcorp accepts walk-ins as well. I will notify you when your results are ready and send them to you! I cannot order labs for clients who live in NJ, NY, or RI. But I can create an order for you in a nearby state like CT or PA. 

Additionally, if you have recent labs from you primary care provider or would prefer to get your labs drawn through them, no worries-just send me your blood work once you get them. Just know your Primary Care Provider may not order everything that I review on my panel even if you ask them to, but have that chat with your doc!

No, I do not accept insurance at this time. Unfortunately our current health care system doesn’t cover costs for this form of preventative or functional medicine.

However, depending on your coverage you may be able to use your Health Savings Account to purchase supplements and scans! You must reach out to your insurance to inquire about your HSA coverage, I cannot help you with this.

 Ahai Energy Healer. 

At least 1 hour prior to our session:

Set an intention for what you would wish to clear energetically, emotionally, or physically. Set an intention for whatever you desire to get out of the session (clarity, clearing of certain physical or emotional symptoms, etc.)

Get into a relaxed state. 

Journal about what you wish to receive during the session.

Extra hydration.

Take any binders, electrolytes, or minerals you are feeling called to. 

For the first 30 minutes I will ask that you lay down and get comfortable. We will shut off our screens and I will begin the healing. After 30 minutes we will come back on screen and discuss everything that came up during the session. During this time I will provide you with emotional support and coaching on whatever came through for the session. 

Will I feel anything during the healing? 

This is so individualized and truly cannot be answered. Everyone feels something different. Additionally, no two sessions will ever be the same. You may not feel anything at all or you may feel any of the following:

Heaviness/ Fatigue

Heat/Cold Sensations

Numbness/Tingling Sensations

Energy Waves Moving Through The Body

Ringing in the Ears

Receive Visions/ Hear Sounds

Emotional Releases

It is common for answers, emotions, feelings to drop in during the session. There is no right or wrong. And if you don't feel anything or maybe you fall asleep, you still received the healing so don't worry :)

I personally have had many energy healing sessions and each time it is different. Sometimes I feel many sensations, get strong visuals, hear clear messages. While other times I simply fall asleep or don't feel anything. But I always notice a difference in how my life & health changes after each session. 

Allow to be open to whatever experience your soul is choosing for you and the session.

This is again different for everyone and every session. By moving and clearing stagnant energies/emotions out of the body we can see "detox reactions" surfacing shortly after. This could range anywhere form nausea,  fatigue, and body aches to extreme hunger or thirst, and emotional & physical sensitivities. Please treat your body with extra rest, hydration, and nourishing food/drink post healing.

Energy healing can cause the body to release many physical things like toxins/pathogens. It is common for clients to release parasites after a healing session which is why I have created a practice that incorporates both physical & energy detoxing. They both go hand in hand. Detoxing is not required to receive Ahai but if you are feeling called to it I highly recommend detoxing to get the most out of energy healing sessions and vice versa. If you have never detoxed and wish to receive Ahai you will still have very powerful sessions. The body releases stagnant energies/emotions when the physical body is clear and open from detoxing and vice versa. 

Not at all. Ahai is open to anyone at all stages of their spiritual journey and all people of different religions. 

Before I found energy healing I wasn't religious or spiritual. It opened me up to a whole new side of me that I never knew existed and allowed me to create my own beliefs without any pressure or judgement.  

This is completely up to you and when you feel called to it. Some people like to treat these sessions like "regular massages" and schedule something monthly or every 4-6 weeks. While others prefer to "spot treat" and book a session when they feel they need extra support in their life. 

Additionally, some clients are at a stage in their life where they want to prioritize clearing a certain trauma, pattern, or block and they schedule a session bi-weekly.

It's truly up to what you are feeling called to!
